Working towards her undergraduate at the University of Central Florida, Carly completed a B.S. in Psychology to then go on and complete her M.A. in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. While working on her M.A., she participated in internships with both Vocational Rehabilitation and the Department of Veterans Affairs, where she gained a valuable insight and understanding of the organizations, their processes and the customers they serve.
Carly's hands on, positive and motivating approach focuses on lifting clients up, while breaking down barriers to employment. Carly also utilizes a holistic approach to her comprehensive vocational evaluations and has guided students into successful majors and training programs, as well as, providing individually catered career recommendations, placing her clients on their path for success. Additionally, Carly provides Employment Services and Supported Employment allowing her to gain a thorough understanding of not only her customer’s capabilities, but also keeping her finger on the pulse of today’s job market and the various positions offered on a local level. Her additional certifications include Vocational Evaluations, Supported Employment, HIPAA, etc.
