Growing up, Devin spent many years working with his grandmother’s non-profit organization that assisted people with disabilities with various aspects of their daily functions. He graduated with Bachelor’s of Arts in International Business from the University of South Florida’s College of Business. After working in several industries including hospitality, staffing and sales, Devin deviated from his career path to follow his passion for supporting people to live meaningfully and created The Grow Group, a non-profit providing comprehensive employment services to all individuals with disabilities. Devin believes in getting to know the person before their disability and that maintaining a human-focus in any service is the most important service to any human.
While continuing to provide services to a small caseload of clients, Devin continues to develop relationships with employers and offers trainings focused on disability, employment and workforce development. Currently, he is currently attending the George Washington University as he works towards a Masters in Special Education and Transition. Devin’s additional certifications include, Supported Employment, Business Consulting (CBTAC), Vocational Evaluations, Job Development, Discovery, HIPAA, TESOL,etc.
