The Grow Group Team

WHO WE ARE

The Grow Group, founded in 2010, helps people with disabilities in the greater Tampa Bay area by providing job training and placement across various industries. The organization has placed over 3,000 individuals in meaningful employment opportunities and delivered training to over 10,000 people.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Grow Group expanded its mission to include other underserved populations, launching programs such as the Latinos in Finance Program, which offers job training, laptops, and placement in financial institutions for the Latinx community. The organization’s mission is to provide meaningful employment opportunities for people from underrepresented groups while supporting the employers who hire them. Through partnerships with universities, city leaders, and other agencies, Grow Group fosters successful employment outcomes in the community.
