Degree: Health Sciences Hobbies: Trying new restaurants, travelling, softball and playing video games I’m a former banker turned workforce development leader, bringing almost a decade of mortgage and banking experience into a career focused on helping people build the futures they deserve. Since joining The Grow Group in 2017, I’ve developed strong employer partnerships across Tampa Bay and maintain one of the highest job placement rates on our team. I’ve also helped nearly 400 individuals — bilingual talent, jobseekers with disabilities, and career changers — step into roles they once thought were out of reach. I believe everyone should feel valued and part of the working community. That’s why I work side-by-side with clients, blending coaching, real-world strategy, and the occasional resume pep talk. Outside of work, you can find me playing softball, spending time with family and more.
